Enrolment/ Make ups / Cancellation /Refunds Policy Art One Academy can change instructors and adjust the schedule if needed. The class can be cancelled due to low enrolment. A fee of $30 will be charged on NSF cheques. We do not offer refunds to students who miss classes due to illness, vacations, emergencies, or other events beyond our control including but not limited to inclement weather conditions. However, students can ask for up to 2 make up classes per term within the same term, subject to availability. No credits or refunds will be issued if there is no makeup classes available or options offered are not suitable for students. ART CLASSES REFUND POLICY There will be no refund if you have already attended at least one class. If you must cancel pre-booked classes please let us know in writing before your first class to get a refund of your tuition fee. The cancelation fee of $50 will be retained. Alternatively, you can get a full refund as a credit for future.
